We never did get any snow besides flurries that didn't stick. We adored The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. It was wonderful. Kate DiCamillo is such a great author. I think we've had all the snow there is to have here this year but I was glad we made the most of it when it snowed. :-) I also like your quiet time lessons on the importance of using words wisely and kindly.
