Right now, the 7-year-old is breathing hard on my neck. I just wanted to say, "Happy Birthday," my friend, and I hope it was a good one. I know what you mean about time passing fast--I'm 45 with two teenagers! Wow!

Blessings! I'm so happy for y'all that you got to do all of that.

Yes, bison is a bit dry. I like to mix it up with a little regular beef to do burgers or to use it as-is for chili or spaghetti sauce.Kidcrazehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13438948653040817682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5433432269947587061.post-56384234866920344992011-06-29T08:28:00.816-07:002011-06-29T08:28:00.816-07:00Happy Be-lated Birthday! I am thinking it wouldn't happen for many years. First we need to get the chickens and hopefully a couple of goats. I love love love goat cheeses. My 2ds is allergic to cow products so we buy goat milk and cheeses and I make goat yogurt.

Wanted to let you know I really miss you popping in once in a while. The family spent a lot of time telling me exactly how to cook it, though. Once again, I'm seeing the similarities in our sons in the picture with you in it. Congrats to Little Red Ridinghood for making the front page!Denisehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04920110232443808965noreply@blogger.com
